The Stop Gambling App
The Stop Gambling App has recently been launched by my colleagues at Extern Problem Gambling. The app is free for anyone 18 and over, living on the island of Ireland.
It can support you in the early stages of your recovery with CBT worksheets, Inspirational Recovery Stories, Relapse Prevention Strategies and the option of confidential web-based chat with the specialist team.
